Default Diet - 06-01-2014, 07:48 PM

I'm trying to find diet plans around the internet that show of things TO AND NOT TO EAT during a diet, but i can't even find a decent plan it self. This is going to be for about a month or so.

Can someone either
A. Make a plan for me (if you can)
B. Find a decent site that shows you plans and meals
C. Other.

Just don't eat unhealthy shit it's really that simple.
I see people talking about diet and how hard it is but it's really not. Cut out all the crap. Add 500 calories for bulk, subtract 500 for cut. Count your calories and manage your portions. Drink only water/milk. Congrats, you now have a basic diet. If you wanna count calories easier there are apps for that.
Also I'm assuming you wanna cut so keep your diet as low carb as possible for optimal results. No wheat basically. No one can make you a plan, you need to include your stats for that and no one here probably know how to make a plan, myself included.
On the off chance you're looking to bulk up first you can go dirty or clean only difference is you can eat whatever you want on a dirty bulk. I knew a guy who literally ate Taco Bell for the majority of his bulk (lol) bit it worked. Clean bulk is optimal tho, because cutting after a dirty bulk is gonna suck hard if u wanna do it right. Anyway dieting ain't easy but gl hope u find what u need somewhere else. Visit /r/bodybuilding or bodybuilding.com if u need help.

Honestly Dieting to lose weight or fat is as simple as drink only water, eat fruits and veggies, stray away from red meats and burgers, and burn more calories than you consume. Make sure you stay away from carbs as much as you can, just moderate it. Tbh just eat and drink clean. It kills me when people go on diets thinking they're going to lose weight and do NO cardio. Always and i mean always do cardio if you're dieting. If you're really big sure you'll lose weight on eating healthy on its own but that only lasts to a certain extent.
Not too sure if you wanted info like this^ or wanted actual meal coaches where it tells you what to eat and when to eat(which is one of the worst ways to do it imo)
Honestly just do your research and read up on the way your body metabolises your food and what would work best for your certain body type. None of it is gonna happen over night, itl take some time so just be patient

When i try to eat and drink clean this is my personal routine.
Breakfast:
Either make steel cut oats(Oatmeal that you let the steam marinate it for extra vitamins and nutrients) or ill just make 2 eggs, one with the yolk taken out cause nobody needs all that cholesterol.
Ill also make a smoothie to get a good amount of fruits and veggies for the day. On this id recommend just trying to make anything you like until you get it right. The way i make them has no rhyme or reason i just add fruits, veggies, yogurt and a liquid and hope i like it, and if i dont i just power through it
I like to have a heafty sized breakfast that will last me most the day and just kinda refuel with small things during lunch.

Lunch: Usually ill have something simple like granola or some kind of healty snack bar. Sometimes just a plate of fruits and veggies.

Dinner: My most common dinner would probably be a chicken breast of some kind of chicken, especially when i do weightlifting. Other than that just cook up a healthy assortment of foods like rice(not much cause the carbs) and veggies or just anything that may sound good that isnt bad for you.

Lol, bulking up is not my problem, losing the body fat is, i already am strong, as well as weight lift everyday for 2+ hours a day for football. Body building is not my goal, its cutting the body fat. I'm already strong as it is.
