Default Shittier progression. - 05-14-2014, 12:41 PM

Hi folks.

I started working out last year in February, but then I took a break mid summer till February. I lost motivation and was busy with my job at the time, and my hours were really harsh on me so I had little time to go to the gym and most days I was so tired from work that I just wanted to relax and go home.

Now I started going to the gym again in March, and have regained my motivation and drive to lift.
I haven't made much progress, but it's slowly starting to show, more so in terms of strength rather than aesthetics. Hopefully by the end of summer I'll have some noticeable changes in my physique.

Anyway, here's me when I first started lifting over a year ago on February 28th, 2013, My weight was around 57kg.

And here I am now, May 14th, 2014 weighing in at 61kg.

Not much has changed, after all 3 kilos isn't that big of a difference.
But yeah, let's see where I am at the end of summer.

Mondays: off

Tuesday: Legs

Wednesday: Chest/Tris, sometimes if the gym isn't full I'll also hit up biceps as well on this day

Thursday: Back/Bis

Friday: off/cardio

Saturday: Shoulders/Bis/Tris

Sunday: Is a bit of an off day for me but I still go. Since by this time of week I've hit everything I need to I just tend to do a bit of everything, or hit up what I feel is my weakest part of the body (so shoulders atm)

if you work out that much and havent really seen much progression i feel diet is the problem, are you bulking or going lean ?

Yeah. That's the problem. I'm trying my hardest to eat as much as I can but my mom is a bit dumb when it comes to these things and won't let me do things how I want to so I'm forced to eat her food, which is healthy, but not optimal.

well im sure there may be ways to ger around it, if not google some dieting advice for bulking and try persuade her, if not supplement it with whey protein.
