Default Hi - 09-12-2013, 05:45 PM

On my upper arms/shoulders i have small white bumps. they dont itch and they dont hurt but they are pretty noticable and kinda bothersome. I have scratched a few and pus comes out of it. I know it isn't acne because I don't eat greasy/unhealthy food, I don't play any sports (no sweating), and I also shower every morning and occasionally in the afternoons (if i feel like relaxing). As of today I will start just applying lotion to it about twice a day, but I want to see if there's anything else you people would know that i should do..

sorry for the awful grammar. I'm feeling pretty distracted right now..

just go to a dermatologist, don't ask an rsps forum.

It could still be acne. Testosterone causes the pores to produce oil which causes acne to appear.

In the case that it isn't, I wouldn't really have any advice since I have no idea what it is.

I'll get one tomorrow if the lotion doesn't help it.

Fun fact:
Acne isn't caused by unhealthy foods. It's 100% genetic and hereditary.

OT: Sounds like zits or calcium deposits. If they're not bothering you, I'm assuming it's harmless. Your best bet would be to see a dermatologist instead of asking 13 year olds on a gaming forum.

Sometimes we just need a friend.
Someone to hold us when you can't stand.
Sometimes even to pretend like you matter for that split second that everything seems to be crashing down.
And sometimes it's just easier to say goodbye.

Could be a heat rash, I got one around my neck and shoulders this summer and it consisted of little bumps that I could pop and they'd secrete white shit.

Or it could be eczema which is caused by allergies and personally my allergies are pretty bad around this time of year. Eczema will also secrete white material when pressure is applied to it. I've never had it on my neck/shoulders before, but I get it on my arms.

You might just have zits too. If you're mature enough, you can get zits from your chest hair growing in.

It does sound like severe acne.

But it could also possibly be an allergic reaction to something. Do you have any pets that you may be allergic to? Would a particular type of clothing you wear (cotton, polyester, etc.) induce an allergic reaction? Could also be something that you are eating that you are allergic to but don't know about, like peanuts or shellfish.

If the lotion/acne medication doesn't work, then you should probably go to a dermatologist.

Are you getting enough sunlight? Because a lack of sun light can cause shit to grow on your skin.
