You just told more than 1k people what your problem is. The way you've written this you seem as if you want to be important, but because of your lack off self-esteem you're not getting attention.

You need to find a way to build up self-esteem which works for you. Working out gave me self-esteem but since you're pretty muscular that might not give too much results. Might still be worth a try.

so in short you seem:
-an attentionwhore
-low on selfesteem
-good looks
-pretty rich
-having m a l i c i o u s pleasure

I'd like to say that you're sickness is close to the sickness of SWAGG. I'm sorry to say but you really fall into that stereotype. I suggest you get to a specialist before worse things happen.

I feel these 4 things pretty much summarize how you're feeling. You seem to be very insecure about yourself, which is perfectly normal for adolescents/teenagers. We're still growing up mentally and physically, stuck between the childhood dependence and the adult independance.

Personally, the best way to counter lack of self-esteem is to relax and slowly train yourself to be more outgoing and less scared of what others thing.

It can be terrifying at first, so take it in steps. When I came to a choice, I would try to pick the more outgoing one. For example, let's say you see a girl walking by that you kinda sorta know. There's a split second where your mind decides whether to look away/continue what you are doing, or look up and say "Hi.". If somebody pokes fun at you, you should try to force yourself to laugh about it rather than be silent and embarresed. Consciously work towards picking the latter and doing it. It really does help build confidence in yourself. When people criticize you, don't dwell on it too much. If it's good criticism, accept it for what it is. If it's unhelpful, just breathe and ignore them without being rude about it.

As for the fantasies, that's normal. Everybody dreams of doing such things. Some do it more than others, but don't worry. Just don't let it become an obsession or have it interfere with your relationships/life.

Of course it does. He's looking for explanations, reasoning, new ways of thinking. It's much more easy to talk about something here than face to face with other people. Two people (including myself) have already tried to talked about it.

You would be surprised how telling someone, even if it's just random people on the internet that you'd never meet, these things can be very therapeutic.

I'm speaking from personal experience. Sure I may not be a psychologist but I've been in his shoes.

OT: If you think you have some mental illness, I'd recommend going to a doctor. That's the only way to line that out and might even get some help if it is the case.
