Default Pog or Brittany, I need help. - 08-06-2010, 07:07 AM

Alright, well i think i have anger management problems and i don't know how to tell it to my parents or friends.

My only friend that knows isn't y friend anymore because i punched him in the face because he ticked me off too far.

My first experience with this was a month ago. I was hanging out with a bunch of buddies when my friend (the one above) was kidding around with me. Hey, before that i was used to it but then i just started getting angry. I told him to stop but he kept on. Then he must had said something that really ticked him off because after that all i remeber was my other friends dragging me off of him. He was up getting stitches over his left eyes and chin. I never told my parents that and i have been keeping it a secret ever since.

Advice: Should i tell them or keep it a secret?

Thanks Humor! <3

Their your parents.

I doubt they'll get that mad at you.

If you really think you have anger issues...

Take a look at a friend of mine.

He didn't get his bus ticket on time, so he went home and punched a hole in his moms wall.
Then proceded to take my Bass Guitar and smashed it on the ground.

Next day - He ran outta Chili.
So he took all the cans in the cupbord and threw them across the room and walked outta the house.

Are you SURE you have anger issues?
Or is it just 'anger' building up.

Tbh, I'd suggest keeping it low...

Tell one friend - I have anger issues.
That friend tells everyone.
You're now known as the kid with anger issues.

Do you want that?

Sometimes we just need a friend.
Someone to hold us when you can't stand.
Sometimes even to pretend like you matter for that split second that everything seems to be crashing down.
And sometimes it's just easier to say goodbye.

Tell your parents, they can get you to see someone that deals with A.D.H.D, which is an anger problem.

They can then clarify with you, and tell you if you are being diagnosed with ADHD or some kind of anger problem.

They can also give you medicine which will calm you down when you are entering certain situations you'll be able to keep chilled.

I know a few people who have it, and they all take pills for it, it seems to work.

But your parents are your parents, and you should tell them as much as possible, if you think something's wrong, they should be there for you no matter what.

Alright, thanks Pog and Brittany for the advice. I'm going to tell my parents and try to get to my girlfriend about it when no one else is around.

At least make sure your girlfriend knows.

There's always ways to fix it if you do.

Just breathe when you get mad, don't take everything so seriously.

Take deep breaths and usually it'll go away.

Make sure your girlfriend knows just in case though :\

A
Ahdh is NOT an anger problem

Attention Hyperactivity Deficit Disorder.

It means you get really hyper at random times - Hard to control behaviour - Random outbursts.

But not out of anger.

Usually done outta not being able to control your self.
