Sup guys over summer i gained like 7 Kg... Ftll Sg addiction. any way as you all know im still growing so i can't exactly lift weights because my height will be adjusted. Does anybody have any good Physical workouts for loosing this weight in a hurry or something? I do sports - Rugby ( scrum half ), Cricket, Ice hockey ( center ) and floor hockey.
If you got like a guide or something to help me loose this just post here or visitor message me.

Jogging, Push ups, and sit ups. Not difficult - yet they help a lot if your trying to lose a little weight... Don't because a guy was bitch on you, he's probably full of shit anyways. If you're going to do it, do it for yourself and because you want too... If you dont want too, then dont do it. Be confident in yourself! Also, ab work outs help A LOT if your trying to lose weight!

I would mainly agree with this. With all the chocolate and turkey etc for Christmas. I did put on some weight that I wasn't proud of so I just got my dog and went for a jog everyday or two. I'd lost it all within a two weeks so I'm very happy with the result.

Lot's of Cardio excersises, with medicine balls, light wheights, crunches, and most important; a healthy diet.
No soda's, no chips, no candy, not saturated fat.

The main thing is to quit eating shit, a good balanced diet with plenty of protien for muscle growth. Jogging, small weights and alot of cardio is prob the best choice.

I can write you up the training schedule I have, it might be able to help you get in shape.
You'd have to stay on light wheights tho, so it might not be so efficient.

I could give you some advice on how to lose weight because i have lost weight myself,

First to gain your six packs you have to put hard work in and hard work will pay off in the end,

For six pack you have to do as many situps as you can everyday in the morning and afternoon because the best working hours for your muscles are in the morning and afternoon,

You cant eat after 18pm because if you want to lose weight are you are eating after that your not respecting your self since you want to lose weight,

You have to run it does not matter go out in the morning and just run for like 20mins not as fast as you can but slowly just run every morning after you do some situps or pushups just run and after few weeks you will feel that your body is changing to different shape,

When you wake up dont eat alot eat breakfast get some tea,in the day eat some chicken or something thats healty and makes you not want to eat that much,Later after 18pm dont eat nothing apart from fruits,

Do what it says and you will lose weight
