Alright so today I found out something quite useful which I hope will help out a few people.

If you wear glasses like me, they tend to get dirty, and wiping the lenses on your shirt just won't cut it, but you're too lazy to give em a proper cleaning.
Take them into the shower with you. That way, you and your glasses are getting nice and clean at the same time. You're killing two birds with one stone.

Yes, so prop them above your eyes.

Interesting.

It might be annoying if you forget to dry them and hard water marks appear though.

I batter my eye-lashes on my lenses to clean them.
No this is not weird at all.

Yep, that's always a possible problem, but if you remember to use your towel then you're golden.

Personally, I have always done in 2 ways:

1. Spray a small amount of liquid onto my spectacles using the window cleansing bottle. Use a small piece of dry tissue paper to wipe it off.

2. Add some drops of ethanol to a dry piece of tissue paper, clean the lens.

I haven't heard of doing that in a shower, but I'll try it since someone has claimed that it is effective.

Or you can just keep your silk cloth that you're given when purchasing your pair of glasses.

This.

Or, if you no longer have the silk cloth just make an "O" shape with your mouth around the lens, breathe on it (which fogs it up) then clean with your shirt. Works equally as well.

BIG thank you to Shane for this awesome sig!
