But the point is I can't make a back up nor do I have a back up. I also can't reset my iphone by holding down the 2 buttons. Any halp plz I don't want 2 lose my files n shit :h elp::hel p:

I have an android, but it may work the same way. Basically what I did when I reset my phone is I went on to my computer, and hooked it up via usb debug. Not sure what it is for iphone but it lets you access the entire device without question. Regardless, when I hooked it up I would go into the library of my computer and find the model number of my phone on the left hand side of the library. Open that and you will see your files of your phone. Copy them onto the desktop of your computer for easy access. Now you can reset your iphone. Once reset, hooked your iphone back up and replace the folders you dragged out. You should be done now. I apologize in advance if anything happens to your data. This is what I did for ANDROID so it may not be the same. Best of luck

Can't access any files on phone when in recovery mode.

But I reset it to factory settings and loaded a backup. Unfortunately it was a backup from a month ago so I did lose alot of stuff but ohwell.
