hello fourms, Recently over the summer i sat on my skinny ass playing this game 10-14 hours DAILY.

Eating kfc, over 200 cans of coke ( atleast ). No exorcise what so ever.

Never had an issue with getting back into shape, this will be my first time, is their any good fitness methods you could kindly state below? Atm I'm Doing situps, One to left then to right over and over, about 80-120 a day.

I can't be lifting weights and anything that will reduce growth, so any HELP Is NEEDED PLEASE.

Planks - get into push up postion put insted of push up just hold your weight up with your arms and shit.

effect - Arms will get tired and you'll feel it in your abdominal section.

Do stomach crunchies each night.

50 full sit ups.
50 half sit ups.
50 leg ups.

Then work these totals higher after a few weeks.

^Amatuers.
Eat lot's of food containing fibre's, pasta, whole grain bread, etc.
Start off with a daily power walk (it sounds gay, i know) for about 30-45 minutes, that will burn the brown fat you have, after about 4-8 weeks, start going for jogs that last anywhere from 20-45 minutes, this will reduce body fat extremely fast.
Once you've burned all the fat there's a lot of workout tips I got that don't require any weights.

Meh, im tubby.. But all i do is sit ups, Push ups..

But i got a 2 Pac atleast ( that can easily be seen ), but i don't do 80-120 a day..
I did once do 155 in like 3 hours but that killed me for 2 days -.-...

Crunches are more effective than situps. I stay fit just from playing a variety of different sports but i occasionally feel the urge to get up at 6 and go for a jog. Don't over-compensate on abdominal excersises and forget everything else.

Sit-Ups and have a few jogging/running courses.

Also, remember to drink healthy food in order to give some health to your body. I drink like 5 cups of milk each day, and then I as well exercise when I have time around the local park and do some long running laps.

You'll eventually get back into shape in a few weeks or perhaps a month!
