so on rs piety does 23% bonus str

right now i have turmoil doing the same

what would everyone like the new affect to be?

maybe 25%? 30%?

the wiki isn't too informative of what it should be

"-9% enemy Melee-icon damage, increasing to -15% over time"

so im thinking like 25-30%
what is everyone else thinking/wanting? (this thread will be moved to spam after decided so go ahead and just post numbers with reasons(optional))

put turmoil at around 28-30 should be way better then piety

Just kidding, i think 25% will be fine so you wont make it too overpowered.

That's the RS3 version of turmoil that you stated and is different to pre eoc turmoil

above is the pre eoc turmoil which would boost your strength by 23% plus 10% of your opponents strength level.
make sure you dont just alter the strength boost, attack and defense boosts need altering too

I'd say put it on 28. Makes you want to get curses while not being too overpowered.

And since you need all 99 combat stats for turm, everyone has 99 str so that makes it 9,9%.

no that doesn't make sense, just because you are using turmoil doesn't mean your opponent has turmoil or even 99 strength..

The requirements are 99 combat for the quest.. So i assume everyone who uses turmoil has 99 str. I agree it's a bit too much.

yes and the 10% is from your OPPONENTS strength not yours... what happens if they aren't using turmoil and don't have 99 strength? you don't have to complete the turmoil quest to pk lmao
