wat happens when you run on administrator

if that doesnt work try looking for the solution online, I had the same message but for another thing. I forgot what the program was called but it forces the computer to run as administrator

This should work.

Open a terminal shell and type in "chmod +x" (make sure the x is in lower case and make sure there is a space after the x before you drag and drop run_mac.command)

Before hitting enter you need to drag the run_mac.command file into the terminal window; it will then show you the path. Hit enter, and it will have changed the permissions.

I can't remember if this is the same message I used to get.

I remember having to run/open things through finder rather than just clicking it.

Maybe try that.
