I complied a list of the servers combined opinions to help better the PK experience for everyone. Hopefully this appeals to everyone and can be disputed.
No poll, just /support, or /nosupport providing reasons for both. All opinions and statements help this thread and the game as a whole!




This thread is based on the wilderness in SilabGarza, to help improve it here are the list of combined suggestion, opinions and ideas provided by the players of Silab:

Pros to the Wilderness:

Wildy Obelisks work allowing mobility and coverage of the wide space the wildy offers.

This has been received to be the only positive element to the current Wilderness.

Cons to the Wilderness: (Red=highly suggested)

The risk is greater than to rewards to PvM'ers hence no PvM'er in wildy.
Chaotics are better than every other weapon.
Not user friendly to newbs.
Special attacks are hit or miss rather than low or high hits.
No reason to PK other than the thrill of PK'ing. This in turn only entices PK'ers to go in the wild.
No money making methods making PK none worthwhile to peoples time. Proposed solution: Re assessing drop rates and drops of mobs in the wild.
Special attacks have a delay making it hard to kill in 'one tick'.
Normal attacks / spells deal too much damage for what they are.
Greater danger should = greater rewards.
Freezes on spells last too long.

Suggestions to make the SilabGarza Wilderness a more active zone:

Clan Wars. A section of land made wilderness with no escape for clans/teams of X to battle it out and see who is victorious. Adding a Risk or No Risk option would increase activity and act as an enticement for new players to start PK'ing.
Remove ::train and move Hellhounds somewhere in the wild for good clue scroll drops and possibly another item? Suggestions on what with in reason?
Add a new boss to the wild that drops worthwhile, rare item but spawns on a long delay 2 hours suggested time.

adding the best of every skill into the Wildy and removing it from the normal world, E.G. Best rune crafting altar = say blood or death for the sake of usage. Remove across or the altar itself from the abyss and add an altar somewhere in the wild that give massive bonuses. Risk = reward. This could be done with every/most skills adding rocktails to the deep Wildy, rune ores. The only con to this would be removing all other elements in the game. It's easy to do for Runecrafting because there's only one of each altar so they're easily blocked off. With things like Woodcutting there are magic trees all over Silab, so if they were boosted exp wise then people would find a way to exploit them.

It wasn't the average clan wars, it was awesome. You start by signing your team up on the website or you could go solo (the more people in the clan the less points you got) at the end of the week the clan with the most points were rewarded in something like 100pkp split throughout the team.

Freeze timers should be at 15 (By most people) and the interface should be removed. despite Travis working hard on the timers, no one wants it in.

Edit: Barrows armours need to be made more useful against certain/new monsters / bosses. They're cheap PK gear with good stats that should be used more. Veracs esspecially.

I support none of the suggestions.

Clan wars wouldnt be used to all. It would just end up like fight pits.

There no point in moving the blood altar to the wild since you barley make any money runecrafting now. If magic trees and rocktails were moved to the wild no1 would use them since there wouldnt be any bank close by.

The majority of the players that do hellhounds for lvl 3 clues are relatively new. Moving them to the wild would just make them aggravated when they keep dieing and they might even quit. Not to mention doing clue scrolls is a very slow way to make money.

If a new monster was added on a 2 hour timer people would just abuse the fact that staff can ::npcreset. They would claim chaos ele or something is glitched just to make the new monster spawn even longer since the respawn time would reset everytime someone used the ::npcreset command.

the only idea i like is clan wars and this is simply because i enjoy it on osrs and would love to play it on here
