Okay, my friend gave me a flash drive of pictures I took, problem being he put the pictures in a folder made on a mac, and I have a pc. So I can't view the folder, any programs to transfer that as google failed me.

Give him the flash drive back and have him move them all out of the folder.

Problem solved.

Easiest thing you could do is get him to e-mail them to you.

But you could try this instead (only if you could get access to the computer so you don't have to go through the horror of trying to explain something to a Mac user):

Quote:
Connect your flash drive/external hard drive into an available USB port on your Mac computer. Open up the Disk Utility by navigating the path: Finder > Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility.

From within the Disk Utility window, locate your flash drive or external hard drive from the left hand side drives list. Click the erase tab. Select the format MS-DOS (FAT) from the format drop down menu. Type in a name for your drive and click the erase button.Close Disk Utility.

Add items to the external hard drive or flash drive by dragging them over the external hard drive/flash drive icon and dropping them in.

After you have added all of the files that you want transferred, eject the hard drive or flash drive from your Mac.

Connect the flash drive/external hard drive to your PC. Copy the files.
Sadly no luck finding a program to do it for you.

There's no direct way to convert Mac files to Windows files as far as I'm aware, you can always try looking at this site;
*Edit doesn't let me post links, try google search: Mac to windows converter.
