Default Thomas Jefferson Obituary - 11-01-2011, 10:29 PM

Well, I have to write an obituary on Thomas Jefferson. For those who don't know; An obituary is a notice of a death, esp. in a newspaper, typically including a brief biography of the deceased person.

Anyways...
This is the format I must use:

Here is a pretty decent biography on TJ.

Whoever manages to do all, or a good portion of this assignment gets my in-game bank. This is a huge project, though, it does require minimal thought and length. This means the difference between getting a C or A on my report card. I'd do it myself now, but I got caught up in middlemanning in-game today, and spent a few hours flirting with a chick I work with, so all in all, didn't spend my time wisely enough to be able to do this tonight.

The project is due tomorrow, in 7 hours, but i'll probably end up turning it in a bit late. If you can't finish the entire project, then please at least post a few sentences that can help me out. Motivational or informative statements are always good.

Okay, thanks again guys.

I have never done any sort of obituary before but I had a go at most of it,

Thomas Theodore Jefferson, resided in Virginia; Died from natural causes on July the 4th, 1826 aged 83.
Born in the state of Virginia to parents, Peter and Jane Jefferson.
Thomas Jefferson was the author of the Declaration of Independence, third president of the United States of America and was the founder of the University of Virginia. Jefferson, having attended the College of William and Mary, studied law and served in the local government as a magistrate, a county lieutenant and a member of the House of Burgesses. Jefferson’s funeral was held on July 5th 1826, and as requested by Jefferson, the funeral was quiet, and no invitations were sent. He was buried in the Monticello Graveyard at precisely 5:00pm.

That's what I managed to whip together using the format. Some pieces are missing such as his Surviving family members, and the memorial foundation to send gifts to.

"My conclusion is, Hate is Baggage; Life's too short to be pissed off all the time."
