Just a little project I'm doing last minute. Not really finished, but what eves. Not my greatest piece by far, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Cinnamon: My Condiment

Cinnamon is one of the most popular condiments in the world today.
It's used in various dishes like the Cinnamon Roll, Cinnamon Bun, Cinnamon Pie and many others.
It's taste is usually described as very sweet and mouth watering.

Cinnamon has a very long history. Cinnamon dates back in Chinese writings to 2800 B.C, as well the Ancient Egyptians used cinnamon in their embalming process.
Back around 350 A.D, Cinnamon was valued at over 15 times more then silver.
Cinnamon was also used as a medicine to treat coughing, hoarseness and sore throats. Cinnamon was valued because of it's natural preservation "Powers". In 1833, the beginning of a world wide trade of Cinnamon started with other countries discovering this wonderful spice.

I picked Cinnamon as my condiment, not because it the best or that it's my favourite.
It's uniqueness and history intrigued me greatly.

The use of cinnamon has been hinted at in Chinese writings, and was an important ingredient in the Egyptian embalming process. At around 350 A.D., cinnamon was valued at over 15 times that of silver. Cinnamon was also used as medicine to treat coughing, hoarseness, and sore throats. Cinnamon was valued because of it's natural preservation "powers". In 1833, the spice became a popular trading item among many major countries.

I picked cinnamon as my condiment, not because it is the best or I favor it, but because it has a great historical background and is very unique.
There you go. Good luck on future assignments.

An easier and more precise way would be to copy and paste the passage into Microsoft Word and it'll auto-fix it for you.
