Alright, well im doing a project for school, i need to find out EVERY SINGLE MUSCLE/JOINT/BONE/WHAT TYPE OF JOINT, Sort of things that is used too swing a baseball bat. No, im not asking anyone to tell me, I'm wondering if someone can help me find a website too use, I just can't find one, i've used over 10 websites, none are very helpful. Please and thanks

Does it just have to in the arms? Just about all of your body moves at least a little bit while swinging.

All body parts that move because of the swinging, are the ones above only arms? if so, this sucks

Try using this: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html It's a great place to find anything fitness related. As for what is used when hitting a baseball, do the movement yourself and feel the muscles contracting and stretching. You literally use every muscle in your body.. You use your neck to see the ball while hitting it, you use your arms to move the bat, you use your wrists to change positions when it comes to holding the bat, you use your chest and back to provide force, you use your waist/hips to rotate, you use your legs so that you can keep yourself steady.

Again, try it out with yourself when batting.
